This informations is for the parents of the Diamond Nationals 14U Red and Blue Teams, 15U Team and 16U Team.

As you are aware, your team will be competing in the Buckeye Elite Tournament held in the Columbus area beginning on Thursday July 8, 2010 thru Saturday or Sunday July 11, 2010. 

I have set up a hotel for you to stay for Thursday and Friday for sure and if your team advances to Sunday- the playoff rounds, we have rooms set up for Saturday as well.  We will not know how early on Thursday that we play until most likely the Monday before the tournament- July 5th. 

If we find out that you have the early 8 am game on Thursday the 8th, I have 20 rooms set aside for that night the 7th as well.    DoubleTree-Worthington, Ohio  Below are the instructions for reserving the rooms.  Reservations need to be made by February 22, 2010.

To make reservations, there are 3 numbers listed on the contract that they can call to make reservations 614-885-3334, 1800-870-0349 or they can also call 1-800-222-TREE (8733) and simply refer to Diamond Nationals!  Your cost will be $109.00 plus tax per night and please remember that even though you will need to secure your room with a credit card, the card will not be charged until departure.
