Congratulations to the Diamond Orioles 12u team as they finished in 4th place overall at the Beast of the East Tournament in Wheeling West Viginia this past weekend.
The Orioles got off to a slow start dropping their first two games but won every game the rest of the way to finish with a 5-2 record as well as the 12u crown.
Standouts offensively included Mitchel Sorensen and Dan Morell who both hit over .500 for the tournament. Brecken Kopf provided the power with two 2 Home Runs.
Once again, congratulations to the 2010 Diamond Orioles 12u for this great accomplishment.
